So much Sunday fun @slowfoodsouthaustralia ‘Fest So much Sunday fun @slowfoodsouthaustralia ‘Festa della Polenta’ (Polenta Festival) where we learned all about the culture of polenta while experiencing @francescoscicchetti delicious 5-course lunch menu created in honour of this humble and versatile grain. After lunch we played a round of Scopa and Briscola Italian cards - in Rosa Matto’s words ‘just like Sunday lunch at Nonna’s’❤️🐌

If you’re missing the excitement of Wimbledon al If you’re missing the excitement of Wimbledon already, dive into @toddperrytennis recently released book ‘One Chance’ Lessons in Sport Life and Success.

This book’s a great read with a whole chapter on Wimbledon, where Adelaide’s own Todd Perry shares the thrill of playing this legendary Grand Slam tournament seven times during his stellar career.

It’s an action packed chapter full of Wimbledon highs and lows - where Todd holds the record for playing its longest ever doubles match! I loved reading Todd’s ‘behind the scenes’ descriptions almost as much as reading about his match play! 🎾

Such a pleasure to be part of the writing team for Todd’s special book - it’s an ideal read not only for those who love the game of tennis or aim to play professionally, but for anyone involved in playing sport or choosing a coach.
* Photo with Todd and ‘AJ’ his long time Physio Aileen Jefferis (on the right).
Exciting times ahead for @slowfoodsouthaustralia a Exciting times ahead for @slowfoodsouthaustralia as ‘The Sustainable Chef’ Kane Pollard takes on the role of leading its chef alliance.

"I’ve been watching Slow Food International spreading the word of good, clean and fair food across the world since I started understanding who I really was as a chef. So I’m beyond excited to take on the role of Leader of Chef Alliance for Slow Food South Australia.

The foundations of @topiary_dining and my ethos are built on the same principles as Slow Food. Working closely with those around us, moving with the seasons, make what you can from scratch and waste nothing.” - Kane Pollard

I love the relaxed elegance @hnly_adl 🤍 It’s I love the relaxed elegance @hnly_adl 🤍 It’s a fabulous beachside dining experience and their quality produce sings on the plate!

We enjoyed sublime Coffin Bay Oysters with a glass of Coriole Prosecco followed by an impressive SA King Prawn and Mussel Risotto with saffron and fennel - perfectly cooked and balanced.

There’s an amazing range of drinks to choose from - add a magical sunset and what more could you ask for?

I recently discovered the delicious and refreshing I recently discovered the delicious and refreshing, energy boosting comfort of @_stoneandgrove_ Energy Olive Leaf Tea.

All-natural, Australian grown olive leaf tea contains potent antioxidants which promote general well-being. Stone & Grove produce several olive leaf tea blends including Immunity, Detox, Women’s Health and the Energy blend, which is now a firm favourite of mine.

‘Energy’ is the perfect winter warming blend of lemongrass, Siberian ginseng, yerba mate, orange peel, rose hips and hibiscus - which credits its stunning colour 🌺
Winter sunsets have their own kind of magic 💛 I Winter sunsets have their own kind of magic 💛 I’m loving the yellow and pink hues of tonight’s brilliant display!

Some days, all you feel like is a delectable ‘R Some days, all you feel like is a delectable ‘Rabbit Bowl’ with ocean trout, basmati rice, sauerkraut, soy mushroom, avocado, sesame, coriander and nori tahini.

Or, if needing some carbs, you could also indulge in a ‘Pork Katsu’ with panko crumbed pork, whole egg gribiche, potato crisps and coral lettuce, lovingly served between generous slices of bread.

Only at the enchantingly delicious @peter.rabbit.hindley 💛🌿

Great food by head chef Adrian Gillett and his team, and I must say my new fave wine is Robert Oatley’s sublime Finisterre Grenache - deliciously rich, vibrant and fruit driven.

A cracker Lemon Myrtle dessert married beautifully with @bremertonwines Mistelle Chardonnay - a dream of a dessert wine which definitely calls for seconds!

Love wearing my cape by talented Adelaide designer Kalila Stewart-Davis @kalila_namoi It’s perfect for chilly evenings walking along @marinapierglenelg_ 💛
