Lunch @1802oysterbar with magic views overlooking Coffin Bay, a half hour’s drive from Port Lincoln on South Australia’s beautiful Eyre Peninsula. We chose a platter with Natural, Shiraz and Tarragon Mignonette, and Thai Vinaigrette. A truly sublime experience to taste such fresh oysters 🦪💕 #oysterheaven

    Native Australian Finger Lime Gin by @wildhibiscus Native Australian Finger Lime Gin by @wildhibiscusco is a ‘playful’ gin experience like no other! 

Suspended  finger lime caviar balls create an aromatic flavour burst, delivering a sublime citrus hit of gin 💛 

This unique gin is the brainchild of Lee Etherington, owner and scientist at Wild Hibiscus Distillery - but gin lovers will need to be  patient - released only three months ago, current stock is sold out with new stock anticipated by mid April.

    There’s so much to love about @mrnickskitchencof There’s so much to love about @mrnickskitchencoffeebar 💛  Especially these divine Smoky Bay Natural Oysters with Pol Roger vinaigrette and Yarra Valley Atlantic Salmon caviar, served as a 2-piece starter for only $6. 

Our Spencer Gulf Prawn Pancetta Tagliatelle with a side of seasonal greens also well and truly hit the mark. Lemon Meringue Pie with excellent coffee finished off a quality lunch experience. 

I also love that it’s a fresh, inviting and comfortable dining space with attentive table service - a special shout out to Hari who looked after us so well 🙌🏼 I’ll certainly be returning!

I adore its lightly floral taste which is a blend of butterfly pea, sunflower and rose petals, blackberry leaves and apple - and it’s pure magic viewing the colour change as it brews!
